By booking services with Little Village Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services Provided
Little Village Co. provides non-medical, in-home support services, including infant support, light household tasks, simple meal prep, and errands. Services are designed to assist families while a parent or guardian is present in the home unless otherwise agreed upon.

Non-Medical Disclaimer
Little Village Co. is not a medical provider and does not offer medical care, advice, or treatment of any kind.

​

Booking & Payment
Services are billed at an hourly rate. Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of booking. Bundled support packages must be paid in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide a safe and respectful environment. All necessary supplies (diapers, bottles, cleaning products, etc.) must be provided by the client.

​

Liability
Little Village Co. will take reasonable care while performing services but is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damages beyond control, or outcomes related to non-medical support.

Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal and household information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Right to Refuse Service
Little Village Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if safety concerns or inappropriate conditions arise.

Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
